Work has been identified as one of the fastest growing professions and
it provides a wide range of employment opportunities. For example BSW
graduates find work as family counsellors, child protection workers
and school counsellors and as program managers in national and international
NGOs. Besides that BSW graduates work in hospitals and community health
centres, mental health services and palliative care programs. You can
also find them working in youth services, neighbourhood houses, in services
for migrants and refugees and with people who have drug and alcohol
problems. Working with either youth or adult offenders, BSW graduates
work in community development, in policy development, and management
in human service organizations.
