Kadambari Memorial College of Science and Management established in 2005 in affiliation with Purbanchal University. The social work program offered by the college is a six semester(3 years)with total 90credit hours leading to a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) course. In addition to classroom training, field practicum, Block field work and Urban & Rural camps are inherent elements of BSW course in Kadambari College. In each semester the students choose a setting of their choice to conduct the field practicum. Students are placed for field work practicum in different agencies and are expected to complete 400 working hours of supervise field practicum. In addition the students are also engaged in public campaigns and organize different awareness programs in and out of the Kathmandu Valley.
