  • Bala Raju Nikku is Founding Director of Nepal School of Social Work and currently Sr. Lecturer at Social Work Section, School of Social Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He is the author of Politics, Policy and People and serves on the executive board of the International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW) and a former board member of Asian and Pacific Association of Social Work Education (APASWE). Dr.Nikku received his PhD from Wageningen University, the Netherlands in 2006. He currently serves as the member of the editorial advisory boards of International Journal of Disaster Resilience in the Built Environment, and Practice: Social Work in Action. Dr.Nikku’s current research interests are: Leadership in Social Work education, Social Protection Floor Initiative, Politics of Policy Process.   • Pranita Bhushan Udas is a founding member and secretary of SUTRA Centre. She is board member of KMC and NCDS. Ms Udas is completing her PhD at Department of Environmental Science, Wageningen University. She is affiliated to Wageningen School of Social Sciences. Her area of interest is on gender, water, environment and justice. She has rich experiences on program implementation, research and teaching. She has published number of articles and book chapters. Samjhana Bhetwal Oli is a full time faculty and field work co-ordinator and is a valuable member of NSSW since last five years. She is the chair of National Network for Social welfare , Nepal. She is BSW graduate from ST.Xavier college and holds master in sociology from Tribhuvan Univeristy. She has been participating and presenting numbers of abstract papers on various social problem and issues. She can be reached at [email protected]

Pradipta Kadambari in Master in Science and is a visiting lecturer to MSc students of microbiology and pharmacy from last 9 years. She has 10 years of experience as managing manufacturing and export industry. She has completed training as Technical Instructors Trainer Training-level-1 and Leadership and Management Training Course-2.She is team leader of NSSW's community engagement program , college with community(CWC) and lead volunteerism and community engagement self enrichment program Friends of NSSW.She can be reached at [email protected]

Rajat Bastola is adjunct faculty in Nepal School of Social Works . He has a very good experience and expertise in conducting social work camps of BSW program.He is BSW graduate from Kadamabari College and holds masters degree in sociology from Tribhuvan University. He has experience working in different NGOs and research institutions of Nepal .His academic and research interest include children,drug users,HIV and AIDs and migration issues.He can be reached at [email protected].

Shivani Saria holds M A in social work from Tata Institute of Social Science, India with specialization in public health.She is the youngest faculty of NSSW. She is co-ordinator of the community co-engagement program, college with community (CWC) and non academic program Friends of NSSW.
